With Black Pudding, Cauliflower Purée & Chorizo Oil.
Carpaccio of Beef (GF)
With Parmesan, Rocket & Truffle Mayo.
Lobster Bisque (GF)
Chunks of Lobster Meat & Claw served in a Rich Creamy Bisque.
Butternut Squash Tortellini (V)
In a Minted Pea Purée with Truffle Foam & Toasted Almonds.

Beef Wellington
Fillet of Beef, Served Pink and Layered with Pâté, Spinach & Duxelle Mushrooms, Wrapped in Puff Pastry & Served with a Madeira Jus

A Cajun Inspired Rice Dish with King Prawns, Chorizo & Peppers.

Lamb Loin & Panéd Shoulder Served Pink with a Mini Shepherd’s Pie & Red Cabbage.
